Our Approach & Solution

Seamless Transitions, Enhanced Efficiency

During the consulting phase, Elecstar’s experts teamed up closely with Schutz Australia’s management, to zero in on the primary focus to installing the new machinery vital for the new manufacturing facility, along with relocating existing machinery from the old site.

This ensured not just a seamless move but a leap towards sustained operational efficiency. Elecstar’s team-initiated work on designing various aspects of the facility, including but not limited to:

  • Cable calculations: Calculating the current carrying capacity, specifications and layout of the electrical cabling needed for power distribution and connectivity within the facility.
  • Mechanical support systems: Designing the mechanical support systems required to ensure the proper functioning and stability of the machinery and equipment.
